REFUND POLICY


At Zenova, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. A proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please note that due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and personal care items cannot be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos as proof so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Certain items are non-returnable, including opened or used skincare products, gift cards, and any items marked as final sale. Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time, we recommend first checking your bank account again, then contacting your credit card provider or bank, as processing times may vary. If the issue persists, please reach out to us for assistance.
